State requirement pages are now public — free, no account

We’ve published what we researched. Twenty states, for RNs, LPN/LVNs and APRNs — sixty pages, open to anyone.

Each page lists the contact hours you need, how long your renewal cycle runs, every mandated topic and how often each one comes due, a link to the board rule it came from, and the date we last checked it against that rule.

We do this because the alternative — a blog post with numbers from three years ago — is what most people find when they go looking.

Some states don’t require continuing education at all. If you’re an RN or LPN in Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin or Arizona, your page says so in a sentence — instead of showing you a nearly-empty table and leaving you to work out what it means.

California and Florida practical-nurse requirements are included. We previously had nothing for either. California appears as LVN throughout, because LVN is the licence California issues.

Email yourself your state’s checklist. One field at the bottom of any requirement page and we’ll send that state’s requirements as a PDF. No account, and you can remove your address at any time.

APRNs: pages now name the national certifying body for your role — NBCRNA, AMCB, ANCC or AANPCB.

Check your state from the homepage. Pick a state and a licence type and see the real requirement right there, without going anywhere or signing in.

Currendo looks like itself now

The largest piece of this stretch. Your dashboard opens on a readiness ring that shows where you actually stand, and every page across the provider and organization surfaces now carries its own header artwork rather than a plain title bar. It’s the same product doing the same job — it just no longer looks like a spreadsheet that learned to render.

The dashboard leads with one thing

It used to greet you with everything at once. It now opens with the single next action worth taking, with everything else arranged behind it: continuing education consolidated into one place, setup moved up where you’ll see it while it still matters, and the activity card and quick-actions row removed. Portfolio activity is still there, collapsed until you want it.

It uses your profession’s words

Physicians see CME. Nurses see CE, and no longer see registration and enrollment sections that were never going to apply to them. The Add button in Credentials now names what it adds instead of leaving you to guess, and Supporting Documents stopped prompting for BLS/ACLS/PALS at people who don’t need to be asked. The Assistant moved below Portfolio in the navigation.

Small changes individually. Together they’re the difference between software built for clinicians and software built for one clinician and adapted.

Send your résumé straight to a recruiter

New, and worth reading the details on.

The email comes from Currendo rather than from your own address, which means it’s sent from a domain configured to be trusted by mail providers — that helps it reach the inbox, though nothing can promise it. Replies still come back to you, not to us: hit reply and the recruiter is talking to the nurse, not the software.

Your résumé is attached as a PDF — with your photo, if you’ve added one and turned it on. The full text is repeated in the body of the email. That’s deliberate: some applicant tracking systems strip attachments before a human ever sees the message, and “please see attached” is worthless when the attachment is gone.

There’s no link, no token and nothing that expires. Unlike a portfolio share, the PDF is the thing itself — which also means there’s nothing to revoke once you’ve sent it, so send it to people you meant to send it to.

The email states plainly that the records are provider-reported rather than primary-source verified. That protects you: it sets the recruiter’s expectation correctly rather than implying a verification we didn’t perform.

Smaller things

Explore by profession. On the landing page and in the demo, switch between titles to see what each profession actually tracks.

Manual verification. You can now record that a person checked a credential — who, and when.

Password reset got a branded email and a quieter security check.

• Organizations can now build and edit their own requirement templates, including an “APP protocol” item that accepts an APRN standard protocol or a PA collaborative agreement.
• Profession Groups: filter and bulk-act on providers by Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, or Nursing across the Organization Workspace.

• Exports and credential packets are now named currendo-… instead of credhub-…. Anything you saved before keeps the name it already had.
• Your account came across untouched: licenses, certifications, CE, and documents are exactly where you left them, your sign-in is unchanged, and share links you had already sent keep working. The rename changed labels, not records.
