Terms of Service

Effective date: July 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Currendo (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Currendo LLC(“Currendo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Currendo is

Currendo is a tool that helps healthcare professionals organize their own professional credentials — licenses, continuing education (CE/CME) hours, certifications, registrations, malpractice insurance details, and related documents — receive reminders about upcoming renewal deadlines, and share their credentials with recipients they choose. Currendo also offers workspaces for healthcare organizations to view compliance information that providers have consented to share. Currendo is an organizational tool only. It is not a licensing authority, a primary-source verification service, a legal or compliance advisor, or a substitute for your state board’s official records (such as Nursys or a board’s license lookup). All credential information in the Service is provider-reported unless otherwise stated.

2. Accuracy of regulatory information

Currendo may show continuing-education requirements, application steps, and other regulatory information for various states. This information is provided for general guidance, may be incomplete or out of date, and varies by individual circumstance. You are responsible for confirming all requirements directly with the relevant state board before relying on them. We make no warranty that any requirement, fee, deadline, or course shown in the Service is current or applicable to you.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for your own professional credential management. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, storing an uploaded certificate, or sending its image to our AI provider to suggest field values for your review. You are responsible for having the right to upload Your Content and for its accuracy.

5. Paid plans

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the Service and billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with advance notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users’ data, uploading unlawful content, interfering with the Service’s operation, or using it to violate any law or professional obligation. Currendo is for managing your own professional credentials — do not upload protected health information (PHI), patient records, or any other person’s sensitive information. Currendo is not designed or offered as a HIPAA-covered service.

6a. Sharing features

The Service lets you share your credentials — as secure links, emails, PDF documents, and QR codes — with recipients you choose. You control what is included and can revoke link access at any time, but you are responsible for choosing recipients: anyone who has an active link (or a PDF you sent) can view the content you included. Shared links expire automatically; PDFs and printed copies are outside our control once delivered. Recipients of shared content receive read-only access, are not required to create accounts, and may not use shared content for any purpose other than the one you shared it for.

6b. Organizations and employers

Organizations may use Currendo to view credential and compliance summaries for providers who have explicitly accepted a connection to that organization. Providers control this connection and may revoke it at any time. Organization users agree to use provider information only for legitimate credentialing, compliance, and workforce administration within their organization, and not to resell or redistribute it. Information shown in organization workspaces is provider-reported and unverified. Currendo is not a consumer reporting agency, and no information in the Service constitutes a “consumer report” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Organizations may not use the Service as the sole basis for decisions regarding hiring, retention, credentialing denial, or any other adverse action; verify all information through primary sources.

6c. Beta features and feedback

The Service (or parts of it) may be offered as a beta or early-access program. Beta features are provided as-is, may change or be removed without notice, and may be less reliable than generally available features. If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service, without obligation or compensation.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information in it is accurate or current. You remain solely responsible for maintaining your professional licensure and meeting all deadlines. A missed reminder does not create liability on our part.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Currendo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lapse in licensure, certification, or professional standing, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. On deletion, we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
